Everything works on a monthly membership. Your membership covers the physician relationship — visits, messaging, care coordination, and included lab monitoring. Medications, procedures, imaging, and additional advanced testing are billed separately at transparent, discounted rates.

Step 1 — Your Monthly Membership
All plans are recurring monthly subscriptions with a 6-month minimum commitment. No separate intake fee to enroll. Cancel anytime after 6 months.
A 60-minute deep dive with Dr. Escobar. Most patients who complete the consult enroll in a membership plan within 30 days. The consult includes physician review, risk stratification, a written Health Roadmap, and a lab panel ordered and tailored to your goals. Labs are billed separately at discounted rates, typically $150–300; medications, imaging, and any additional testing are also separate if recommended.
